How to log in?

To log into your wallet, you will need your wallet ID, your password, and any two-factor authentication that you have enabled. Your wallet ID is a randomly generated string of letters and numbers. It is your username. You will find it in the "General" section of the setup menu. Although it looks like an address, your wallet ID cannot be used to send or request funds.

Can I check my balance?

Your balances will always be available at the top of your wallet and on your dashboard. Do you want to see your balance in the currency of your choice? Click on the value of the cryptocurrency and the fiat conversion will be displayed.

Send & Receive

To send funds from your wallet, you need the recipient's receiving address or QR code.

To apply, you can share your address or QR code with the issuer. Note: your bitcoin and bitcoin cash addresses will change each time you make a request, but your ether address will remain the same.

Can you see my transaction log?

The home screen will display your most recent transactions. You can find the full record of your transactions by clicking on the corresponding asset in your wallet menu.

Safe wallet?

When creating a Blockchain wallet, we recommend that you complete the three key security functions which are:

• Verify your email: Verifying your email allows us to send you login codes when suspicious or unusual activity is detected, to remind you of your login ID in your wallet, and to send you Bitcoin payment notices when you receive funds.

• Set two-factor authentication: Enable two-factor authentication via SMS, Yubikey, or Google Authenticator code to further protect your wallet against unauthorized access.

• Write down your recovery phrase: Your recovery phrase is the most important security measure of all. It is the key to guaranteeing access to your funds in case you lose your password or the Blockchain is not available.
